Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or original shipping address. We will provide you with the correct return address once your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (please allow 5-7 business days for processing), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
